You will be contacted by May 8, 2024, to confirm your author of choice. If there are more requests than dates for an author, we will conduct a drawing. Your $5,000 tax-deductible donation or signed Private Author Host commitment form must be submitted by May 31, 2024, to secure your sponsorship. The venue must be within 8 miles of the Royal Palms Resort and Spa due to the authors’ agents' guidelines.
