IMPORTANT NOTE: Filling out this form does NOT automatically schedule a pickup for you. The appointment will be final once I've sent you a confirmation message. YOU MUST SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP BY FRI. @ 5 PM the week before the meeting you plan to attend virtually. We will create packets each Tues. after the in-person meeting and make them available for pickup Wed. -  Mon. Virtual meetings are pre-recorded & can be viewed at any time after upload through the end of summer reading on August 9.
