We are pleased to invite you, as an ILDS Member, to hold a Sister Society meeting in Singapore during the 25th World Congress of Dermatology in 2023.

The International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS) is comprised of over 190 national and international societies from more than 90 countries, who come together every four years during the World Congress of Dermatology.

Dedicated times and meeting spaces have been set aside on Monday, 3rd July 2023 for ILDS Member organisation to host their own half- or full-day meetings. Space within or near the Congress site will be assigned by the WCD organisers on a first-come, first-served basis. This will be an ideal opportunity for your Society members to gather together in Singapore at a collegial and social level.

Meeting Duration Half Day + Room Capacity of 150 people or less = 2.300,00 SGD
Meeting Duration Half Day + Room Capacity of more than 150 people = 3.100,00 SGD
Meeting Duration Full Day + Room Capacity of 150 people or less = 3.900,00 SGD
Meeting Duration Full Day + Room Capacity of more than 150 people = 5.500,00 SGD

The rental cost includes standard basic AV equipment (projector, screen, lectern, laptop computer, microphone, speakers table for 2 people with courtesy monitor and microphone).

Please note that to access these meetings delegates must be registered for the WCD 2023 Congress and also all chairs/co-chairs and invited speakers at the Sister Society meeting must be registered to attend the WCD 2023.
