This is the 2023 UIW Bands Information Form (UBIF). Please fill out this form to let us know your intentions for Fall 2023.

2023 MARCHING CARDINALS CAMP DATES
    • August 9th - 13th: Drum Line, Rhythm Section, Color Guard, Leadership *UPDATED - August 9th will be the Early Move-in for these individuals.
    • August 13th: ALL Marching Cardinals
      • FIRST DAY SCHEDULE
        • 8:00AM - Noon - Early Move-In for ALL other On-Campus Marching Cardinals
        • 4:00PM - 6:00PM - Check-In for Pre-Season Marching Cardinals Camp
        • 6:30PM - Full Band Orientation
    • August 14th: - 19th: Summer Band Camp for Full Band
      • A TYPICAL SCHEDULE will look like:
        • 8:00AM - 10:00AM - Visual/Movement
        • 10:30AM - 12:00PM - Sectionals
        • 12:00PM - 1:30PM - LUNCH
        • 1:30PM - 3:00PM - Sectionals
        • 3:00PM - 4:00PM - Full Ensemble Rehearsal
        • 4:00PM - 6:30PM - Dinner Break
        • 6:30PM - 8:30PM - Show Drill/Social Event
    • August 19th: Summer Preview Concert: 11:00AM at either the Coates Theater Steps or McDermott Convocation Center
    • August 21st: First Day of Classes
      • Marching Cardinals Fall semester rehearsals are:
        • MW: 6:00PM - 8:00PM
        • F: 1:30PM - 3:00PM
