How we interact with the world and the relationships we have are representative of the way that we interact with our Selves. Through practice and NVC theory, we will explore ways to improve our communication with others and learn how to foster stronger relationships, and nurture collaboration in our lives. This workshop will bring attention to our internal experience and the experience of Others involved, with the aim of acknowledging the relationships between us and within us as a tool to activate our network and strengthen the bonds between us.
This CNVC++ series of workshops is rooted in Compassionate Nonviolent Communication framework and expanded with supporting modalities to explore how we interact with our Selves, Others and our Environment, incorporating theory and practice, and grounded with evidence from science. All are welcome.
