Terms
By contacting me for work, you are agreeing that my ToS supersedes any ToS of yours. My ToS carries over with redistribution of the art; the person who receives it will need to abide by this ToS as well.
You agree that my ToS may be changed at any time in the future without notice.
As the Artist:
- I may post the finished piece on any gallery.
- I will not remove commissions from any of my galleries upon request and I will not take private commissions. If you would like for a commission to not be posted until a certain date because of a special event, that is fine.
- I will remove the art from my gallery if I personally find it suiting.
- I may use any sketches that do not get approved for other things.
- I reserve all copyrights of the artwork, including but not limited to commercial rights, regardless of the characters involved in said artwork. A buyer who does not wish for their characters to be involved in commercialization processes including but not limited to the sale of prints of commissioned characters may select to opt-out from the commercialization process. Buyers wishing to opt out must state such intent in writing and have these wishes acknowledged by me prior to the completion of the commission.
As the Client:
- You may repost the art anywhere you please as long as you credit me and link to the original.
- You may not remove my copyright or edit the artwork without asking.
- You may have the art reproduced as a print (mug, shirt, canvas, etc.).
- Adopted characters may be redistributed without permission, though I would like to know for personal reference.
- You may cancel the commission, but will receive partial refund if started. You retain the rights to the completed portions of work, unless otherwise stated below.

Communication:
- All contact will be done through note or e-mail.
- The client has three days to communicate information and send payment or the commission is cancelled.
- After payment and/or information is given, the client has twenty days to respond to any message from me which requires a reply in regards to any changes. If there is no reply, there will be no changes made.
Payment:
- Please do not send me any payment. I will request your e-mail and then send you an invoice.
- You may pay VIA mail, but I am not responsible if the money is lost along the way. I will not start your commission until I receive the money.
Refunds:
- If you do not receive an update from me within 30 days from sending payment, you may ask for a refund.
- You may ask for a refund after I have started, but you will only receive a partial refund depending on how much work I’ve put into it.
- If I cannot correct a sketch and you are continuously dissatisfied, you may request a refund.
- I may issue a refund if I find it personally suiting.
- If I mess something up and cannot correct it, I will partially refund you.
- Refunds may not be requested otherwise.
Process:
- I will choose who I work with and contact them directly on FurAffinity.
- I begin sketching and send a sketch WIP. Upon confirmation, I will require a PayPal invoice to be paid. Additional WIPs must be requested.
- If there are any artist mistakes, I will gladly change them for you without charge - they’re my mistakes! However, I will not change anything that is inconsistent with what is on the reference I received. If something does change, please contact me ASAP so that I do not complete it. I am willing to try to change it based upon your changes, but if it is too much, I may ask for an up-charge or not accept the changes.
