On behalf of Island Wraps and Caribago Designs; we would like to present the opportunity to participate in the upcoming Artist Call themed an called, "Galaxy of Dreams".
Vision & Submission Theme:
A visual display of art inspired by the many awes of life in the sky. To commemorate the upcoming Solar Eclipse event forthcoming, as well as the beauty and wonder the galaxies of the universe give us on a daily, coupled with the dreams one may have on a nightly. What would you visually portray for this concept? We would love to see it!
About the Event
The Galaxy of Dreams Artist Call for 2024 is brought to you by Island Wraps and Caribago Designs. This event will be located at Island Wraps, 5152 East River Rd., West Henrietta, NY 14586.
Come and experience the Art of Women in music through visual art expression. Selected works will be on display from April 4th to April 30th. The main event will be on the day of the spectacular Solar Eclipse, on Monday, April 8. All Works on display at Island Wraps are available for purchase and will be subject to a 35% retainer fee. This fee will go towards the Curation, marketing, physical handling, and labor of the art work for the live presentation.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Featured Artisan: Artists may submit up to 2 pieces (For larger pieces, please contact us at write.caribago@gmail.com) 35% of artisan sales will go towards the organizers and the efforts required to make this show a reality behind the scenes.
More info:
- Artists are encouraged to be there in person; however, international and out-of-state artists are encouraged to submit as well.
- Digital Submission is allowed and encouraged; however, art that is larger than 11"x17" or A4 size will require a minimum $25 printing & finishing fee prior to the hanging of your piece(s).
- Opening Ceremony Night will occur on Monday, April 8th.
Become a Sponsor: Companies, Organizations, and or Individuals can donate monetary funds for the betterment of the project and choose where the fund are allocated to through the following ways:
- Printing/Framing Costs
- Print Giveaways
- Advertisement for the show

All submissions must be submitted digitally in by March 4th.
