Columbus Middle School is offering summer school for students entering  5th and 6th grade.
Our goal is to help “jumpstart” student learning in preparation for the upcoming school year.  Direct instruction will be implemented for the areas of reading and math.

To register your child, please complete this form.
You will be sent a letter of confirmation for your child to attend summer school.

The registration deadline is Monday, June 22. Registration forms received beyond that date will be accepted only if space is available in the classes.

Location: Columbus Middle School – 2200 26th Street
Dates: July 6 – July 24 (15 days total)
Days: Monday – Friday
Time: 8:30 a.m. – Noon

To ensure the full benefit of summer school, students are expected to attend daily.  Students absent more than 2 days will be dropped from the program.
