Currently registration for CampU is full.  This form will put your child on the wait list for CampU.  

CampU is a summer learning experience at Jackson Park Elementary for students who are currently enrolled in the School District of University City and who will be in 1st through 5th grade in the upcoming 22-23 school year (currently K-4).  Please fill out one form for each of your children if you are registering multiple students.  CampU will run five days a week for four weeks beginning on June 6th and ending on July 1st, from 8:40am-3:00pm. CampU is offered FREE to families and funding is determined by student attendance.  Students who register for CampU are expected to attend the full, four-week program.  If your family will miss a significant portion of camp due to scheduled family vacations, please contact Susan Hill to discuss the scheduling conflict at the email or number below.
