Pride in Geauga 2024 Application
Thank you for your interest in participating in Geauga SOGI Support Network's 2024 Pride in Geauga Festival.The event takes place on Saturday, June 22nd, from 2-8 at Century Village in Burton, OH. This year, we are offering multiple options for businesses and organizations to participate. The registration deadline is June 8 (June 1 for sponsors wanting their logo on banners). All sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors will need to be approved by the Geauga SOGI Support Network board. 

Sponsors: Sponsorships start at $300 for businesses (over 5 employees) and $125 for nonprofits and small businesses (5 or fewer employees). Each sponsor can have their logo on the event banners and is allowed one space as a vendor or exhibitor. Sponsor donations can be monetary or in the form of a good or service. All sponsorships are tax deductible.

Vendors: Businesses will be placed around the grounds.  Please bring your own table(s), chair(s), and canopy for shade. Vendors may distribute materials and sell items. The cost for each vendor is $75.   Pride themed merchandise is encouraged.

Exhibitors: Nonprofit organizations are invited to be exhibitors. The exhibitor fee is $20 (thanks to a generous donation, this fee is waived for organizations whose sole mission is serving the LGBTQ+ community). Organizations that are direct service providers (i.e. hospitals, religious groups, mental health organizations, etc.) will be in the Bond Building. Other nonprofits will be placed around the grounds and will need to bring their own table, chairs, and canopy. Exhibitors are welcome to distribute materials and solicit donations but may not sell merchandise. We will have a display table for organizations that cannot be represented in person but wish to provide their literature. The Bond Building will close at 5 pm. We will have volunteers to assist those exhibitors with breaking down their displays. Exhibitors located on the grounds are welcome to stay until 8 pm or leave after 5. However, vehicles will NOT be allowed on the grounds until after the concert ends at 8 pm.

Community Guidelines

Pride in Geauga is a safe space for celebration, learning, and respectful conversation. All participants must adhere to our community guidelines for respectful behavior. Physical and verbal harassment will not be tolerated. Shirts and shoes are required. Substances (including but not limited to smoking, vaping, marijuana, and alcohol) are not allowed on the premises. No dogs other than service animals.
