Customer Service Virtual Peer Groups
The Association has moderated virtual peer groups for owners and executives for more than a decade and receive extremely high ratings from individuals that participate. We are expanding our virtual peer group offerings to include customer service virtual peer groups so that you can grow professionally and have an extended peer group you can confide in to discuss challenges and issues.

This is a free opportunity for employees of member companies. Non-members are welcome to participate, but there is a fee for each meeting you participate in. We will ensure that you are not matched with a competitor. As a matter of fact, the majority of the peers in your group will often be out-of-state. 

Please answer the questions below if you are interested participating in a customer service virtual peer group. From there, we will begin the matching individuals to groups phase of the process.
