The Kita Center invites you to nominate a deserving family for a healing vacation at our Christopher Mosher Family Respite Cabin 2025 Season. Please fill out the following details to help us understand and consider your nomination.

Not all families can be chosen who are nominated. Families are chosen from a variety of factors, including factors such as: preferred dates or flexibility, the care plans described by the nominators, loss timeline, and more. 

Please note, that we have filled our calendar for the 2025 season. You may submit names but they will be put on a waitlist. Each season, a family must be renominated for consideration.
