등록하시는 분들의 각자 사정이 있겠으나 행정상 에 어려움을 줄이고자 하오니
아래 사항을 지켜서 등록해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
모든 수업은 등록완료 후에 참여하실 수 있습니다. 등록완료는 등록서와 등록비 두 가지를 모두 제출하셔야 완료됩니다. 새로운 등록이 아닌 경우 등록을 수업 첫시간 즉 5월 2일(등록비까지 지불)까지 완료해 주세요. 등록서를 제출하신지 7일 후에는 등록서가 삭제됩니다. 선착순으로 등록이 진행되어 인원 제한이 있는 수업의 경우는 등록완료일을 기준으로 선착순 등록이 되겠습니다.
1. 축구교실(Soccer)1) 기간: 2024년 5월 2일 - 2024년 7월 25일 매주 목요일(11주)
2) 시간: [초등부(7-10세)] 오후 3시 15분 - 4시 15분,
[유치부(4-6세)] 오후 4시 20분 - 5시 20분

4) 준비물: 운동화, 공(3호나 4호 중 선택), 정강이 보호대(Soccer Shin Guards), 물병
5) 신청비: $110(베이사이드 장로교회 등록교인) / $165(일반)
* 형제 등록 시 추가되는 형제는 교인 $95 과 일반 $135 로 혜택을 드립니다.
2. 탁구교실(Table-tennis)
1) 기간: 2024년 5월 3일 - 2024년 7월 26일 매주 금요일(10주)
2) 시간: [중급반] 오후 3시 15분 - 4시 15분,
[기초반] 오후 4시 20분 - 5시 20분
3) 장소: 베이사이드장로교회 체육관
4) 준비물: 탁구 라켓, 운동화, 물병
5) 신청비: $150(베이사이드 장로교회 등록교인) / $200(일반)
* 형제 등록 시 추가되는 형제는 교인 $125 과 일반 $170 로 혜택을 드립니다.
3. 농구교실(Basketball)
1) 기간: 2024년 5월 4일 - 7월 27일 매주 토요일(10주)
2) 시간: [중,고등부] 오후 1시 - 2시,
[(2학년이상)초등부] 오후 2시 - 2시 45분
3) 장소: 베이사이드장로교회 체육관
4) 준비물: 개인 농구공, 운동화, 물병
5) 신청비: $100(베이사이드 장로교회 등록교인) / $150(일반)
* 형제 등록 시 추가되는 형제는 교인 $85 과 일반 $130 로 혜택을 드립니다.
4. 등록 및 문의: 구글 폼으로 등록서를 제출하시고, 등록비를 보내주셔야 최종적으로 등록이 완료됩니다. 등록완료가 되야만 수업에 참여할 수가 있습니다.

5. 당부 및 협조 사항
1) 교회 건물은 공식적 행사를 위해 허가를 받은 경우를 제외하고 개인적인 사용을 하실 수 없음으로 수업을 돕는 부모님들 외에 모든 부모님들은 아이들만 Drop 하고 가셨다가, 수업 후 Pick-up 때 오셔야 합니다.
2) 기존의 학생들이 수업에 집중할 수 있도록 참관수업과 트라이얼은 허용되지 않습니다. 다만, 수업의 방해가 되지 않도록 담당자와 상의하에 지켜보는 것은 허용됩니다.
3) 모든 수업참여는 등록 완료 후에만 참여가 가능하며, 등록한 시간 외에 다른 시간에는 수업에 참여할 수 없습니다.
4) 수업시작과 끝나는 시간에는 보호자가 함께하셔야 합니다.
5) 모든 수업은 개인레슨이 아닌 그룹으로 진행됩니다.
6) 그룹수업 특성상 그룹수업에 방해가 된다고 판단이 되는 경우, 잦은 지각이나, 개인 준비물을 준비하지 않을 경우, 3번 이상 결석시, 그룹진도를 따라가지 못함으로 수업에서 제외 될 수 있음을 미리 알려드립니다. 결석하게 되면 담당자에게 미리 연락을 해주시기 바랍니다.
7) 운동시간 중 응급(부상)시 본인 보험으로 처리해야 합니다.
8) 개인 장비를 꼭 준비하시기 바랍니다. 교회에서 장비를 제공하지 않습니다.
9) 수업이 2회 진행된 이후에는 환불은 불가합니다.
1. Soccer Class
1) Period: Every Thursday from May 4th, to July 25th, 2024 (11 weeks)

[Kindergarten(ages 4-6)] 4:20-5:20 pm.

* The location may change depending on the situation.
4) Items to prepare: indoor soccer shoes or sneakers, ball (choose from number 3 or 4), soccer shin guards, water bottle.
5) Registration Fee: $110 (church members) / $165 (general)
* Additional siblings are $95 (church members) / $135 (general)
2. Table-Tennis Class
1) Period: Every Friday from May 3rd, to July 26th, 2024 (10 weeks)
2) Time: [Intermediate Class] 3:15 - 4:15 PM,
[Beginner Class] 4:20 - 5:20 PM
3) Location: KPCB(The Korean Presbyterian church of Bayside) Gym
4) Items to prepare: table tennis racket, sneakers, water.
5) Registration Fee: $150 (church members) / $200 (general)
* Additional siblings are $125 (church members) / $170 (general)
3. Basketball Class
1) Period: Every Saturday from
May 4th, to July 27th, 2024 (10 weeks)
2) Time: [Middle and high school] 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM,
[Elementary school] 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM (2nd grade or higher)
3) Location: KPCB(The Korean Presbyterian church of Bayside) Gym
4) Items to prepare: Personal basketball, sneakers, water.
5) Application fee: $100 (church members) / $150 (general)
* Additional siblings are $85 (church members) / $130 (general)
Please submit the registration form via Google form and send us the registration fee. Registration will be completed when you submit the form and the registration fee. You will be able to participate in the class after your registration is completed.

5. Rules
1) The church building cannot be used for personal purposes except for official events, so all parents other than those helping with classes must drop off their children and return for pick-up after class.
2) To keep students focused on current classes, observation classes and trials are not allowed. However, observation is permitted only after consultation with the person in charge to avoid disturbing the class.
3) Participation in all classes is possible only after registration is completed, and you cannot participate in other classes for which you have not registered.
4) A guardian must be present at the start and end of class.
5) All classes are group classes, not private lessons.
6) Due to the nature of group classes, we would like to inform you in advance that if you disrupt group classes, are frequently late, do not prepare personal materials, or are absent more than three times, you may be disqualified from class for not being able to keep up with the group progress. If you will be absent, please contact the person in charge in advance.
7) In case of emergency (injury) during class hours, you must cover it with your own insurance.
8) Please be sure to bring your own equipment. If you do not bring your own equipment to class, the church will not provide it.
9) Refunds are not possible after two classes have been held.
