Queenstown New Years Camp 2019-2020

Come to Lakeland Park Christian Camp, Kelvin Peninsula, Queenstown and see in the New Year with Christian friends and family. Spend time learning from Gods word and growing in your faith. This is a family and Youth camp. Camp will start with supper at 9pm on Sunday December 29th 2018 and finish on Thursday January 2nd 2019 after lunch and camp clean up.

We will be staying at Lakeland Park Christian Camp (www.lakelandpark.co.nz) and accommodation will be allocated by members of the camp committee based on registrations.  The majority of rooms are dorm/ cabin accommodation with 2 sets of bunks in a room for family/ couples.  We ask that single males, who will not be sharing rooms with parents/ family, bring or arrange to share a tent.

If you are 15 years or under and are attending camp without a parent you must have a guardian who is over 20 years old.  Parents/ guardians with a teenager at camp are expected to be responsible for their teen's behaviour and whereabouts at all times.  Please make sure a guardian you nominate on your registration form has agreed to take responsibility for you.

Throughout camp we will have biblical teaching, a variety of activities as well as plenty of opportunities to relax, enjoying time with others and considering God's work in our lives.

What to bring:

*shoes suitable for short walks and sports
*spending money (all meals and accommodation included in camp fees)
*$2 coins if you want to do washing at camp
*wet suit and/ or swimming gear
*donation of baking or snacks for morning tea and suppers please
*cash to pay for 'flash' coffee, if desired at camp

FULL CAMP
Adult: $170 per person
Student/ Beneficiary: $140 per person
Secondary Student: $125 per person
Primary School Age: $95 per person
Preschooler: $20 per person

PART CAMP
Adult: $45 per person per night
Student/ Beneficiary: $40 per person per night
Secondary Student: $35 per person per night
Primary School Age: $25 per person per night
Preschooler: $5 per person per night

DAY VISITORS
Lunch $10 per person  per day
Tea $10 per person per day
Contribution to speaker costs $10 per person per day
Please halve these amounts for any primary or preschool aged children.

Camp payment *
Please make online payments to Westpac 03 1750 0190581 00, Queenstown Family Camp, and use full name as reference. Please state below the amount you are depositing and any remaining amounts still to pay. You will receive a copy of your responses to this form and you will also have a copy of the bank account number for payments on the response receipt.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
