This meeting report is for All Good Ventures (AGV) Business Mentors. Thank you for agreeing to meet monthly with your assigned social enterprise for a 10 month period.

Specifically, the meeting report is designed to help you and All Good Ventures keep track of your enterprise's progress during the period they're receiving support. It includes the date met, meeting duration and some specific questions about your enterprise's progress.

Please complete this meeting summary after each monthly meeting with your enterprise and submit to All Good Ventures. For your convenience, you will be emailed a reminder each month to do so.
