Party Description *
How Pay-to-Play Parties Work
-"Hosts" organize their "parties" (pickleball tournament, teddy bear tea, sommelier tasting, art workshop, hoedown event, hike, etc. and complete and submit a Pay-to-Play Host form to the Fundraising Committee.
-The party sign up will then become available for purchase on a given date.
-Event attendees sign up and pay-to-play or participate in a given party.
-Party sign ups are first come, first serve.
-Hosts are responsible for all expenses pertaining to their party
-The Hosts are responsible for all follow up, communication and organization regarding their party, in addition to hosting the event on the specified date.

NOTE: Sunset View Elementary and KidsFirst are not responsible for costs associated with Pay-to-Play parties. Materials and costs associated with Pay-to-Play parties are the responsibility of the host(s) along with any agreement made between the host(s) and the participants of the Pay to Play parties. Sunset View Elementary and KidsFirst are not responsible for refunds in the event that a date changes or the Pay-to-Play party is canceled.
