Deep Living work may at times bring you close to your “growth edge” and you may feel very uncomfortable. For example, during a grounding exercise you may find intense feelings of sadness or pain. If these uncomfortable feelings cross over into you feeling unsafe, or unable to regulate, you need to communicate that with the facilitator.
