Community Works Winter 2020 Application

This is an application for the Winter 2020 class of the Community Works Pre-Apprenticeship program in the greater Springfield metropolitan area. Please fill out this form as completely as you can. Staff will be in touch with you within 48 hours to verify completion and explain the remainder of the application process.

The Winter 2020 class is scheduled to take place online most Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 6pm-9pm and in person for hands-on training on Saturdays from 7am-3:30pm from Tuesday, December 1 to Saturday, February 13.
