CAMP ROLES:

INSTRUMENT INSTRUCTORS:

The Instrument Instructor (/Band Coach) serves a vital role at camp. Each morning, you will teach a two hour class on your instrument to a group of 4-6 campers. In the afternoons, you will help a band write their own original song. You help the campers out with everything from gear issues to artistic collaboration to stage presence. On Saturday, you will help run the showcase.

Each day, you will help supervise campers and take a well-deserved, one-hour lunch break. Instrument instructors must also: lead one workshop, cover aftercare for 1 day per camp week (4-5pm), assist with Saturday showcase, and attend training prior to camp. See schedule above for training, camp dates, and clean up dates. This is a full time position (8:30am-4pm) during camp week, plus  training days of 3 hours each, that pays $20 per hour.
