We know we've been having some issues with some people not receiving emails for their password resets for their 25Assist account.
At the same time, our own testing has shown that many emails do receive the reset email we send out.
So we want to figure out who is and who isn't getting these emails.
In order to fill in this query, please do the following:
2. Request your password to be reset USING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS (no need to fill in your login name)
3. Wait a few minutes
4. Check your email (including spam/junk folder)
5. Report back here
