ROCOR - ANZ Diocese Youth Survey

Thank you for taking the time to give us valuable information for our Diocese to understand and plan for Youth Ministry and activities. This survey looks to understand the relationship young people have with the church and what they would they see as a need grow in the faith, build lasting relationships and grow as a disciple in Christ.

Please answer as best you can, simply and honestly. The information will not be shared at an individual level but summarised at a region level and up without identifying people individually. 

We would also like to know if you are interested in receiving the upcoming Youth Newsletter. This will be maximum a monthly publication to share events occurred and in the future along with information on relevant topics. 

And lastly, if you would like to be involved more officially in Youth Ministry assisting or leading in the future, please select that late in the survey.
