St. Norbert College Parish ASK Application
St. Norbert College Parish has an application process for accessing money, material goods and volunteers to support non-profit ministries and trips.

Guidelines for distribution of funds:

Priority will be given to:
* Programs that the Outreach Team has committed to as outlined in the Outreach annual calendar developed each fall.
* Groups that are parishioners
* Efforts that relate to Catholic social teaching
* The greatest opportunities to involve the most number of students or parish members

Funding requests should be made 30 days in advance of need. Requestor may be asked to meet in person with the ASK committee.

Application Process:

1. Request for funds, material goods, volunteers or access to speak to the parish community is received (verbal, email, phone) by Priest, Deacon, Staff member, ministry leaders, councils, etc.
2. Requestor is directed to submit ASK Application (below)
3. Application will be reviewed by ASK Committee to determine whether the request meets outreach criteria, more information is needed from requestor, and/or a presentation is required for decision
4. If it is determined that the ASK does not meet requirements, the ASK committee leader or Pastoral Leader will give response to requestor.
5. ASK committee leader will direct Pastoral Leader to have Administrative Assistant disperse funds
