Acadia Robotics is offering a remote learning opportunity for teams interested in participating in the Robofest Junior BottleSumo Time Trial challenge. https://robots.acadiau.ca/Science-odyssey-may-2021-BottleSumo-event.html

The event will take place May 1-16th. The first week we will post programming tutorials for teams who would like programming support. In the second week, coaches will choose their competition day and we will provide them with the final challenge details. The team will upload a video of their robot time trial along with their recorded time to complete the challenge. There will be prizes for our top junior teams. Funding for this event is provided by NSERC - PromoScience; and takes place during the Science Odyssey May festival. Science Odyssey is Canada’s biggest festival of science and technology with over 1000 activities for explorers of all ages. http://www.sciod.ca/

3.Team size: 1-3 team members and one coach.
4.There is no registration fee for this event.
5. We will provide a workshop file and send you the competition challenge.
6. You may choose your competition day during the 2-weeks of the event. We will ask for this information closer to the event dates.
