Common Ground 2022 Volunteer Form
Learn.  Grow.  Share.  Volunteer.  Consider joining the many volunteers who ensure the smooth sailing of Common Ground.

Attendees who volunteer for a 3 hour shift one day will be able to register for the discounted rate of $200.  Attendees who volunteer for a 3 hour shift each day will be able to register for the discounted rate of $150.
*New this year* - Volunteer to scan badges at the door of a session and your name will be entered to win free registration for Common Ground 2023. You will receive one entry for every session you scan. (No discount on registration)  

What is my role as a volunteer?
   - Greet conference attendees, provide directions, and answer questions
   - Preside over Concurrent Session areas
   - Preside over Workshops
   - Assist at the App Support Desk
   - More

To qualify you must:
   - Agree to work at the conference for 3 hours minimum or scan for at least one session, and understand that your preferred day/time may not be available.
   - Complete the volunteer registration form below and submit it no later than September 30, 2022.
   - Understand that this opportunity is first come, first serve.  Space is limited!

Other Information:
   - Please DO NOT register for the conference through the Common Ground website until you have heard back from Kristi Cushman.  
   - If accepted as a volunteer (3 hour minimum) you will receive a discount code which must be entered at the time of registration.
   - All volunteers must volunteer through the submission of this form.
   - Your volunteer assignments will be sent via email during the month of October.
   - If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Kristi Cushman at kcushman@commongroundmd.org.
   - Please do NOT accept a volunteer position unless you can truly commit. Last minute cancellations wreak havoc on our schedule. Should you fail to appear, you will be invoiced for the full conference fee.
