In case of load shedding, back up power to have instructions or have enough rechargeable lamps for bedrooms and living areas if there are no inverters or generators. 
Cleaning Consumables, To Do, and Shopping list
Consumables available for Guests & Staff to use:
Toilet paper - enough for the entire duration of guest stay for each bathroom
Dishwashing (Sunlight) liquid & dishwashing tablets
Black rubbish bags
Antibacterial hand sanitiser
Multi-surface cleaner / Disinfectant wipes or spray cleaner that kills most viruses
Antibacterial hand soap in each bathroom
Spare protective face masks for staff

Kitchen Requirements
All utensils, crockery, cutlery, tupperware to be in good condition - please remove scratched, and burnt items and store until after the holidays
All food/condiments and alcohol for private use, to be stored or removed completely. We won't be held responsible for guests using anything that is left out or locked up - This must please be done in advance and not on the day of house checks.

Owners need to vacate their properties 24 hours prior to the guest's arrival date. *
This time will allow and to ensure housekeeping has sufficient time to thoroughly deep clean rooms and follow our COVID Cleaning Protocol. The LCE Team will do a thorough cleaning inspection checks throughout the house prior to guests arrival and welcome.

SPRING CLEANING
Please remember Nov, Dec & Jan are when the cockroaches are at their worst. It’s important that you bait for this a few weeks in advance before you start your spring cleaning.
Housekeeping & Indoor Cleaning
All furniture and carpets, inside and outside to be stain free and pet hair and smell free (otherwise please remove it) 
Outside Cleaning
Pools to be clean and grass to be mowed before guests arrive. All braais and outside areas to be cleaned thoroughly. Any extra hose pipes etc to be stored away. Please make sure we are made aware when outside gardeners or pool services will be coming in. Please make sure you have read your house guide before we hand it over to guests.
Put Up Signs (Optional)
All private cupboards or spaces to be marked clearly - PRIVATE - or preferably be locked
Extra linen and towels to be preferably locked so guests can't help themselves in between washing days
Housekeeping Staff & Uniforms
Please make us aware of any changes in housekeeping staff or if they can't make it for any reason as per our arrangement (Mon-Fri) It will be fantastic if they can let us know if they are available for any extra days (Sat & Sun and any public holidays) 
Staff will not be working on Christmas Day - we make that clear to all guests. 
NB: Please make sure your staff have access during peak season in the estates, so we don't have to organise that on short notice.

Any ongoing maintenance issues we need to be aware of?
Please leave a List of preferred maintenance contacts: tv's, wifi providers, water and electricity issues etc unless Owners will be in range to contact and don't mind being contacted on their holiday. If we cannot get hold of them or if we don't have contact given to us, we will use our own maintenance crew.
