added 2/1/2021:   YOU MAY STILL ORDER A BOOK, HOWEVER, IT WILL NOT ARRIVE BY OUR TEACHER TRAINING SESSION, FEBRUARY 7TH.       A book is being prepared for every level.  Because of the cost involved in creating it, there will be an additional $40 fee (plus shipping if outside of the U.S.) for the physical book.  The PDF version is free.  Would you like a physical book mailed to you, a PDF emailed to download, or both? *
