By filling out this form, I am provided with insight on specific needs and learning goals for your child. I'd like to learn more about your child's likes and interests to give a personalized learning experience and enhance engagement.

-This form is for tutoring sessions staring April 29th 2024 through August 30th 2024. (If you would like to start earlier, please indicate below). If you would like to continue sessions throughout the 2024/2025 school year, we will confirm scheduling when applicable.
NOTE: The 2nd week of every month, my husband works nights, therefore I won’t be able to accommodate sessions that week. (Week of May 13th-17th, June 10th-14th, July 15th-19th, August 12th-16th)
