EMBODIED WOMEN'S RETREAT ASHEVILLE DETAILS

Wednesday September 9th (Check-in 3pm) - Sunday September 13th 2020 (Check-out 2pm)

LOCATION:
The Prama Institute

The Prama Institute is located on 150 acres in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina. The center borders the scenic French Broad River and is only 25 minutes from downtown Asheville and 5 minutes from historic Marshall, NC. The facilities include two beautiful domes, one with spacious bamboo flooring for movement and meditation and another for cozy sacred sharing. The center features eco-friendly dorm rooms with comfy beds and conveniently located bathrooms. There is a lovely group dining area featuring delicious vegetarian cuisine, along with an organic garden onsite and beautiful hiking trails surrounding the property.

TRANSPORTATION:
Prama is located in Marshall NC, 20 minutes north of Asheville, which is a vibrant town with an active music, arts and food scene.  Asheville airport is the closest airport to Prama, about a 40 minute drive. It is also possible to fly into Charlotte since it is such a short (and very beautiful) drive to Prama from there. Charlotte is also a major international airport with lots of direct flights and usually cheaper fares then flying directly into Asheville.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RETREAT OFFERS:
*Full retreat programming and materials
*3 healthy vegetarian meals for each full day (including snacks)
*5 days and 4 nights of accommodations at the Prama Institute  
*All linens and towels for the duration of your stay

RETREAT COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:
*Air travel
*Ground transportation to and from the retreat center. (We will try our best to help you coordinate.)

*$1295 USD for FIRST 6 WOMEN to apply

EARLY BIRD RATES UNTIL JUNE 1ST 2020:
* $1495 USD per attendee

FULL PRICE RATES FROM JUNE 2nd - SEPTEMBER 1st 2020 (or when retreat reaches capacity):
*$1695 USD per attendee  

PAYMENT:
*We offer different payment options as well as payment plans.
* A $350 deposit is due upon registration to hold your spot. This will be applied towards your overall balance if your application is accepted.
*After application is accepted, you can pay in full, or if you choose the payment plan option, we will contact you with the dates and amounts for your next 2 payments.  
*All payments/deposits are non-refundable unless for some reason your application is not accepted, we will refund your initial deposit of $350
*For those with a PayPal or VENMO account, payments can be made via Venmo to "Rachel Meth@embodied" or PayPal via "Friends & Family" to embodiedance@gmail.com. Please use these payment options to avoid fees, which will otherwise be transferred to the buyer. If these payment forms are not an option for you, please contact Rachel directly to discuss other payment options at embodiedance@gmail.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND TRIP INSURANCE:
To enable advanced planning, booking of venue, staff, teachers, and the organization of our program at the retreat center, we are not able to provide refunds on any payments due to attendee cancellation of booking. However, if you are worried that you may have to cancel for an emergency, we have contacted SquareMouth Travel Insurance. They provide access to a multitude of trip cancellation insurance plans covering a variety of circumstances including personal illness, illness or death in the family, employer layoffs, accidents, mobilizing of active duty military personnel and more. In the case that WE need to cancel this retreat due to a natural catastrophe, an outbreak of a communicable disease, or another state of emergency, we will refund your retreat tuition. However, we highly recommend that you buy a refundable plane ticket or purchase insurance on your airfare, as we can NOT reimburse your airfare.

I have gained consent to attend this retreat from my therapist and/or doctor if I have any medical or mental health-related issues, and I understand that the meditations and teachings being shared at this retreat are not a form of or substitute for psychotherapy. I have my own health insurance and understand the health risks involved in any dance and/or exercise activity as well as the potential risks involved in any recreational activity, and I will not hold Embodied LLC, the retreat venue, or any of its teachers or workers liable for any injuries I may incur while attending this retreat. I agree to sign a liability waiver upon arrival at retreat location." *
