Greetings hackers and domain experts! You are about to register for the upcoming HackWknd-ICSCC 2019, happening in Curtin University from 27th to 29th June 2019! This edition of HackWknd is jointly organized with by Sarawak Multimedia Authority, Sarawak Energy Berhad and IEEE Curtin Malaysia Student Branch In Conjunction with The 7th of International Conference of Smart Computing and Communication (ICSCC 2019).

Rules for Hackers:
1. The project team must consist of at least one Sarawakian. Minimum 3 members and maximum  5 members can be recruited in a team.
2. Projects shall not be under development prior to the start of the event. Pre-existing code libraries, APIs, sketches, and similar raw materials are allowed, but the spirit of the event encourages participants to build what they can in 48 hours.
3. Choose an Open Source Initiative-approved license, or, if for a non-code project, a Creative Commons license if an OSI license does not meet your needs.
4. Projects are not limited to code or an app. Creating websites, design systems, information graphics, maps, hardware, and other digital medium are OK!
5. Projects involved hardware development shall be prepared by participants. Event organizers shall not responsible to provide the tools and equipment unless those items are available on the spot.

Problem Statement will be announced one week before HackWknd. The theme of the HackWknd will be "'Smart Computational Intelligence for a Digital World' involving Energy, Smart City, Agriculture or Tourism sector.
