REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
1. Complete this application form separately for EACH child you are registering.
2. Indicate your first, second and third choice for your preferred class days and times. Please choose one pm option.
3. Once you submit this application, a pop up screen will direct you to pay the required $50 Registration fee online.

Once payment is received, we will determine the available class and email you with a link to register and pay online for your class assignment.

The $50 Application Fee and the $500 Registration Deposit are nonrefundable.

Tuition refunds are only given if Nursery School child’s enrollment is filled by another student. Enrollment spaces not filled by January 1, 2025 are not eligible for a refund.

Withdraw requests must be made in writing and include the name of the child, the registered class section, reason for withdrawal and the date the request is being submitted.

Requests to withdraw prior to April 1st will receive a tuition refund of 2/3 of the tuition payment received minus the $550 deposit. Requests to withdraw made after April 1st will receive a tuition refund of 1/3 of the tuition payment received minus the $550.

Do you understand and agree that all children attending Holly Pond School are required to have a membership to the Darien YMCA before starting school by September 1, 2024?

Children who do not have an active membership by the September 15, 2024, tuition payment date agree to include an annual Youth Membership in the amount of $300 plus $30 joiner fee if applicable.

Once you submit this application, a pop up screen will direct you to pay the required $50 Application Fee online.

You will receive an email confirmation with a copy of details of this application.  Once again, every application submitted with a confirmed $50 application fee payment, will be assigned a classroom based on our availability and your preferences. You will then be emailed your classroom assignment and instructed on how to process your registration and $500 first payment. We are excited to welcome in our new and returning Holly Pond School Students.
