Join us in a lively and friendly atmosphere as we embrace all things Japanese and showcase the best of Japanese food, drinks, services, and products! We are seeking vendors who share our passion for the Land of the Rising Sun and want to be a part of this unforgettable event.

If you serve mouthwatering sushi, savory ramen, or tantalizing takoyaki, and the like this is the perfect opportunity to let your culinary expertise shine! Show off your Japanese-inspired products, from traditional arts and crafts to modern pop-culture treasures, and everything in between. If you offer services that reflect the charm and elegance of Japan, we'd love to have you onboard too!

VENDOR FEES:

Space: 1 booth = 2.4m x 2m
Including: 2 tables, table cloths (optional), 4 chairs, 1 power outlet per vendor, and marketing. 
Price: 3,500,000.00 VND 
Deposit: 1,000,000VND/ day * (*to be returned within 5 days after the event)  

VAT invoice will incur an additional 8% service fee.  
SPONSORSHIP: Please contact hello@saigonoutcast.com for further information with the "Event Name Sponsorship" as subject.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE FILLING IN & SUBMITTING THIS FORM.
Mandatory conditions for vendors:
  • Food vendors are not allowed to sell drinks and vice versa.
  • Vendors must be responsible for their own set up, maintenance, and take down.
  • Vendors must come from 10AM to set up & must collect all items and restore area before 10AM the following day. 
  • Vendors must maintain the cleanliness of their surroundings & follow up on their disposables.
  • SGOC will not be responsible for collecting and disposing of vendors' trash, please have enough members of your crew to manage the booth on the event day. 
For marketing purposes please provide the following once you area a confirmed vendor: 
  • 4-6 hi quality, clear and desired images 
  • logo with no BG
  • a blurb,  tell us & our customers what they should be looking forward to at the event! (Eng & VN)
  • menu for the day of the event (if applicable)
  • up to 3 videos in short form or one full length of your products 
  • Vendor MUST co-host the event.
