When parents feel supported it helps the entire family.

Gather with local parents of new babies up to one year old to grow your toolbox for managing stress and daily life with your little one(s). The content and weekly discussions are guided by the evidence-based Mothers & Babies curriculum out of Northwestern University.

This group will take place on Thursday mornings 10:15-11:45am at the JCC of Greater Rochester in Brighton beginning March 21, 2024 and ending May 9, 2024.

This program was made possible by a grant from the Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester and is offered, at no cost to participants, in partnership with Jewish Family Services (JFS) of Rochester.

The expectations are: (1) enrolled participants attend all eight sessions and (2) participants complete brief pre- and post- program tools/surveys. We understand that life happens and expect communication as needed.
