After School Program Registration - Quarter 2 (10/19 - 1/10)

Complete a form for EACH STUDENT to enroll.

  • Enrollment occurs on a first come, first served basis due to limited space.
  • After the form is submitted, the parent/guardian will receive an email confirmation within 2 school days regarding the student's enrollment. Individualized schedules will be sent to each parent/guardian by October 13th.
  • Last day of Quarter 2 programs is Wednesday, January 10th.
  • Quarter 3 registration forms will be shared on December 22nd.
General Information
  • Students will enjoy a healthy snack each day.
  • Extended Club Program ends at 5:30 pm each day.
  • No club programs when school is closed (holidays, noon dismissal, snow days, etc).
  • Enrollment occurs on a first come, first served basis due to limited space.
  • Our goal for student to adult ratio is 15:1.
Daily Program Schedule
3:10 - 3:30 PM Snack & Attendance (St. Bernadette Hall)
3:30 - 4:15 PM Club Activity (Classrooms, St. B Hall, Gym, etc)
4:15 - 5:30 PM Centers & Homework Time (St. Bernadette Hall)

Program Fees
Quarterly fees will be billed through Blackbaud. The fee for the quarter can be split into two payments or one payment to participate in the club activity occurring on a certain day of the week. Below are the fees for each day of the week during every quarter of the school year. Since the occurrence of each weekday changes throughout the year, the fees vary depending on days enrolled.

After School Expectations & Agreement *
Behavior Policy & Expectations
Repeated disrespectful, unsafe or violent behavior (both physical and verbal) will not be tolerated in after school programs. The "three strikes" procedure will include:
  1. Contact parent/guardian regarding behavior and note communication/details as the first offense.
  2. Contact parent/guardian regarding behavior and note communication/details as a second offense. Student(s) will not be allowed to attend their next club activity with no reimbursement of fees.
  3. Contact parent/guardian regarding behavior and note communication/details as a third offense. Student(s) will not be allowed to attend for the rest of the quarter with no reimbursement of fees (or possibly the following quarter depending upon the severity of the circumstances).
Late Pick Up Policy
After school program ends at 5:30 pm. Parent/guardian will be charged $15 for the first 5 minutes, and an additional $1 per minute after 5:35 pm. The following steps will be followed and communicated if students are not picked up on time:
1st time: Call the parent/guardian and wait for arrival. Explain policy steps for 2nd and 3rd offense.
2nd time: Call the parent/guardian and wait for arrival. Remind them of the policy and inform them after the 3rd late pick up their child will not be able to participate in programs.
3rd time: Call the parent/guardian and wait for arrival. Explain their student(s) will no longer be able to participate in after school programs until after meeting with the principal.
