In accordance with the duty under the article 13 (1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Journal of Laws L 119/1, 4/05/2016), hereinafter the ‘GDPR’, we inform that:

Your personal data (hereinafter the ‘Data’) is controlled by Donkey Crew sp. z o.o. with its seat in Wrocław, entered into the register of businesses of the National Court Register under reference number: 0000722417.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent given to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of:
Establishing and maintaining the contact and cooperation with you, i.e. pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO with regard to all personal data provided by you;
to contact you about content creation, pursue or defend against claims related to the Declaration, due to the legitimate interest of the Administrator, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) RODO - processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator,
statistics, reports and marketing of the Game “Last Oasis” from Donkey Crew sp. z o.o. (Art. 6 sect. 1 (a) GDPR)

Your consent to process personal data may be withdrawn at any time and in any form. Withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data may be provided only to authorised employees of the Controller, external entities providing services to the Controller, in particular related to email hosting and IT services, and to entities and authorities to which Controller is required to disclose personal data pursuant to generally applicable provisions of law.

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area provided that appropriate safeguards have been implemented for the transfer of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Your personal data will be processed until expiry of the limitation period for claims arose from the declaration.

After the processing is completed, the data will be destroyed.

You are entitled to request from the Controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing, as well as object to their processing, and with regards to data disclosed based on your voluntary consent, you are entitled to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Chief of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data contravenes legal regulations.

Your provision of personal data to the extent required by law is a statutory requirement. Provision of any data other than that required by law is voluntary.

The Controller will not make any decisions concerning you based solely on automated decision-making, including profiling.
