All CCHS FL Pre-IB 9th grade students will be placed in the following core academic courses:
     -FL Pre-IB English 1
     -FL Pre-IB Biology
     -AP Human Geography
     -Algebra 1 Honors OR Geometry Honors OR Algebra 2 Honors
           (Placement based on math course taken in 8th grade)
     -FL Pre-IB Inquiry Skills/Digital Information Technology


*Intensive Reading/Math placement will be based on most recent FSA scores.

All CCHS IB students are required to take a world language course all 4 years of high school.  Students will select this four year option in 9th grade.  We request that if you are already familiar with a language that you select the other language option.  Some students will come in with a full high school credit from middle school.  Please select your language option as well as the appropriate level.  

All CCHS Pre-IB 9th grade students should have availability in their schedules for one free elective period.  
Course offerings are subject to change based on student enrollment, funding, and teacher certification. Students may take additional electives online through Lee Virtual School (https://lvip.leeschools.net/).
