A $55 fee will be billed through FACTS in July 2019. All fees are non-refundable. Do not send cash or checks to the school office.

Sports Physical

A sports physical is required for all athletes grades 3-6. Form available through school nurse or on Renweb.
Physical must be completed prior to the first day of practice.

Parent/Guardian responsibility

I understand there may be some risk of injury by participating in Holy Spirit Regional Catholic School sports. I will not hold Holy Spirit Regional Catholic School or its representatives (including volunteer coaches) responsible for such injury.
Parent participation is necessary for successful sports programs. By signing your child up for HSRCS sports you agree to assist with positions such as timer, score keeper, concessions, etc. for sporting events.
