 수집된 정보는 고객관리 및 상담요청에 대하여 회신을 하거나, 상담을 위한 서비스 이용기록  조회 및 정보 제공을 목적으로 활용합니다.
③보관 및 이용 기간
 이용자의 정보는 개인정보 수집 및 이용 안내 동의 이후 2년간 보관하며, 2년 후 파기합니다.
④동의를 거부할 수 있으며, 동의 거부시 상담 및 서비스가 제공되지 않습니다.
