Sheffield Food Festival 2020: Expression of Interest - Artisan Market Traders (off sales only)
The city’s largest free to attend event takes place for its tenth year from 22nd – 25th May 2020 in the city centre, spreading across the Peace Gardens, Winter Gardens, Millennium Square, Town Hall Square and Fargate, attracting over 50,000+ visitors across the weekend. The next event is a special celebration of ten successful years of the cities largest free to attend event for all members of the family.

The markets are open from 10am - 6pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, whilst the Eats, Treats & Beats Village opens a day earlier on Thursday and continues into each evening with street food and music until 11pm.

Please note that all artisan market pitches are for OFF SALES ONLY - if you wish to provide food or beverages for consumption at the event, please apply for a Street Food pitch.

We have a couple of different options available for artisan market traders in 2020:

 3x3m GAZEBO PITCHES: three to four days this may include Fargate, the Peace Gardens fountain area and the top of the Pinstone Street steps. Location to be confirmed at offer stage.

FARGATE MARKET MARQUEE - stall only within a large marquee, situated on Fargate

Before completing this form please read the Trade Terms and Conditions and Event Specifications.  If the consent holder’s business includes the sale of food they must ensure they comply with all requirements of the Food Safety Act 1990, and in particular the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995.

PLEASE NOTE: Artisan Market traders may not serve alcohol for consumption at the event.
