Benzie Preschool/Infant Toddler Program Enrollment for 2024-2025
1. Please complete and submit this form to express interest in one of our school year programs.  Please note submission of this form is not guarantee of placement.

2. Next, our Enrollment Specialist will reach out to you to complete the application. 

3. Once your application is completed the team will notify you if your child has been placed in one of our programs. At this time, you will receive an invite to BRIGHTWHEEL when your child is confirmed for placement.

4. A REQUIRED $50 Registration Fee is due upon receipt of confirmation of placement for all Infant Toddler and Preschool Tuition placements (BRIGHTWHEEL Bill Pay). 

If we have a question or schedule option we need to discuss with you, contact will be made via phone or email. Once the classroom placement schedule is confirmed, a "Confirmation/Placement for 2024-2025" will be emailed. This process may take until July.  Please be patient, as we also wait for GSRP slot confirmations for each site as well(Lake Ann, Homestead Hills, and Betsie Valley.)

A note on our free preschool programs:
Strong Beginnings and GSRP are free state funded preschool programs. There is an age requirement as well as income and eligibility factors follow this link to learn more. These programs also require a Monday-Thursday schedule.

A non-refundable $50 registration fee is required for all tuition spots. All applicants must complete an Enrollment Form to request child's spot in the program. Tuition spots will be responsible for payment of the scheduled days ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE in order to maintain your spot in the program. Weekly tuition fees are due on FRIDAY and are paid directly through Bright Wheel. In addition to this all applicants must complete an enrollment form, a physician signed HEALTH APPRAISAL with up to date immunizations, AND completed Child Information Record with emergency contact information. This must be on file with the Program Director PRIOR to your child attending the program.   *
