Cooking Team Sign-Up: 2024 Wild Game Dinner
Thank you so much for volunteering to cook for the Wild Game Dinner on Saturday, March 9!

When: March 9 at 5:30 p.m. The goal is to have all food cooked by 5:00 p.m. and ready to be served. If you need to start cooking before noon, please let us know, so we can have your space set up.

Where: The event will take place in the Quad outside (as long the weather permits). The chef teams will prepare food outside and the food will also be served outside.

Gear provided: Each chef team will have a table, chairs and a sign with your team name.

Plates, etc.: We will provide plates, napkins, forks, spoons, etc. for guests to enjoy the delicious food you are preparing.

This year we are planning on having some friendly competitions between teams. Please make sure your team is there by 1:00 p.m. and ready to compete!

Questions? Contact Hannah Bryan at 501.978.4422 or hbryan@episcopalcollegiate.org.

Thank you again for being a HUGE part of the 2024 Wild Game Dinner!
