MX Beamline at Elettra 2.0 Trieste
A new dedicated MX beamline at Elettra 2.0, μXRD, will replace the present XRD2 beamline. It  will be complemented by a new cryogenic electron microscopy facility (cryoEM) established in concert by the Italian National Research Council and Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste.  An interconnected network of support laboratories for MX and cryoEM sample preparation and characterization with ancillary analytical techniques will further widen the offer.

In order to better focus on the new characteristics and features available at the beamline, we would like to get a better understanding of what would impact and best suite your research.

We would like to encourage you to provide us with information about your present and perspective needs by taking a few minutes to respond to our survey below by April 15th 2023. Please share this link with anyone you deem appropriate.

The results of the survey will be presented at the hybrid-mode workshop Elettra 2.0: New Structural Biology Opportunities, July 3rd-4th 2023. More information on the workshop will be announced soon reaching you by e-mail.
