ORDER STM YOUTH MASK LANYARDS

Each student was issued a youth mask lanyard the first week of school to wear as part of their daily uniform per the handbook policy. Each lanyard is custom printed with the STM logo and includes 2 swivel J-hook attachments and a break away cord.

Additional lanyards are available for purchase through the front office for $10 each. Parents can stop by during office hours to purchase with cash, check or a FACTS charge.

Alternately, parents can complete and submit the form below to bill your FACTS account. Select your oldest child's teacher and submit just once per family. Orders received on this form will be sent home via backpack mail in 1-2 business days.
