We are asking parents to complete the brief survey below to inform our planning on how to best meet the needs of our students and community for the 2020-2021 school year. Please fill out one survey per child. Any students electing the Distance Learning option will need to complete our Intent to Participate Through Distance Learning Form, found online at: https://core-docs.s3.amazonaws.com/documents/asset/uploaded_file/825839/Lebanon_Distance_Learning_Option_Fillable_Form.pdf, and return to Central Office by August 7th.
