Please submit your request for a contribution letter from Joy Christian Fellowship on this online form. We ask that you review your offering history and provide all names & addresses that may have been on your checks or offering envelopes to Joy, so that we can send you a consolidated letter. This will help expedite the process.

All contribution letters will be sent electronically by e-mail.  The Joy contribution letter will only include donations mailed or given at church.  There will be a separate email from SubSplash, which will include donations given online.

Joy Letter Contribution ID
If you have previously received a contribution letter from Joy, please refer to your assigned 6 or 7 letter contribution ID. In most cases, this will be the letters of your (or your spouse’s) last name + the first letters of your first name. However, you may find that we used a variation of this rule in order to maintain unique ID’s.
