We are excited in your interest to come and visit our beautiful campus! Our campus tours are conducted by appointment on Monday - Friday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Beginning 2022 we are holding Family/Friends Saturday visits on selected Saturdays . Please check the tour calendar for availability. Please note we do not conduct tours Sunday.

Spring Engagement Days at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore are for prospective and admitted students to visit the UMES campus and see themselves as a part of the UMES family, and have any question or concerns addressed in an effort to solidify their entry into the University.

Interact with academic leadership, alumni and talk with current students.  Learn or find out more about the admission and financial aid processes, and tour campus.

While the Office of Admissions will work to comply with your tour requests, some dates (i.e., weekends, special events, midterm and final week, spring break, holidays, etc.) may be unavailable. If we cannot arrange a visit for your family or group on the date that you request, we will work with you for an alternative date to accommodate your request.

All tour requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance of your requested tour date. A tour is not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
