Please fill out the form completely. (Please note, you will be asked for a copy of your organizations 501c3. If you are a public school you may not have a 501c3. That is okay. We can verify.) We kindly ask that requests be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance for full consideration. Upon review, complete and eligible requests will be notified by email of status. Due to the volume of requests, please no emails or phone calls regarding your status. The email will come from our third-party provider address hello@rossitermarketing.com. Multiple requests for the same organization will result in a delayed response time.
Please Review the following Information:
- Awesome Entertainment offers gratis and/or discounted rentals to 501c3 institutions. (Please note: preference is given to fundraising/charitable events and due to the volume of requests at this time school field days, political or faith-based organizations, are not eligible for the program.)
- Requests are reviewed in the order received using this form.
- We do not offer monetary donations and we do not offer gratis entertainment.
- This form should NOT be used to solicit advertising or sponsorship. If you have a sponsorship or advertising request, please submit a Media Kit or Sponsorship kit complete with deadlines to hello@rossitermarketing.com.
- Due to the volume of requests, we do not fulfill requests from individuals raising funds on behalf of organizations. For instance run participants, individuals hosting events on behalf of a non profit etc are not eligible. However, we encourage the organization itself complete a request for donation.
- We try our best to fulfill as many qualified requests as possible, however, due to the volume of requests and budget, not all qualified submissions can be filled. So please, submit your request as early as possible.
- We will ask that you recognize any donations you receive and will be asked to provide documentation 30 days post event.
- If donation is approved, any items will be available for Will Call pick-up only.
- Please note our community partnership program is administered by our 3rd party agency, RMPR, in close collaboration with Awesome Entertainment.
- A note about our review and selection process. We support a number of local nonprofit organizations that work in the four areas we focus on: education, youth, healthy living and human services. These organizations partner with us on events to enrich the community as a whole.
