Our student start date will be August 25th, and in order to help us get our classrooms organized, we need a clearer picture of who is attending on campus, attending through zoom, or neither.  The school board approved our reopen plan on July 30th and that plan is on the school website.  The current plan is based on Executive Order 20-59 from Governor Kelly that says anyone entering the school building shall wear a mask at all times.  There are some exceptions and you can read those in the plan.  Please understand that this is an executive order that the school board does not currently have the authority to ignore or even modify at this time. If there will be an opportunity to modify the Governor's Executive Order the school board will discuss it further.

If your answer remains the same from the survey sent out a couple of weeks ago then you do not need to fill this out.  However, if you filled out your survey and you were uncertain at the time and you have now made a decision please respond to the survey.
