Driver agrees to abide by rules of common usage and courtesy in our parking lot including, but not limited to, no reckless driving, following appropriate speed limits, always giving right-of-way to pedestrians, etc. A disregard of these or any other Heritage Academy rules will lead to forfeiture of permit. Administration has the right to deny parking privileges at any time.

It is further understood that any damage resulting from the use of our parking lot is the responsibility of drivers involved and Heritage Academy has no liability for damage.
