*Please note all replacement diplomas will include the specific institution in which your degree was earned, i.e WV State University, WV State College, WV State Community & Technical College.
** Signatures on the replacement will be of present officials.

The fee is $50 and includes the diploma with a cover in the current design format.
The fee must be paid directly to the Cashier's Office before a replacement will be ordered.
