Umpiring support and guidance will be available from our new Head Umpire Sara Benbow and everyone is encouraged to take advantage of this - particularly in light of the recently clarified new rules!  This was really popular at our first scrimmage - the perfect opportunity to umpire in an informal environment under the supportive and watchful eye of one of the most senior umpires in the country! If you would like to just umpire please complete this form leaving the playing sections blank.  For insurance purposes all umpiring participants will need to hold a current England Lacrosse registration number

All players must be old enough to play senior lacrosse (14 years +)

All EL Covid-19 Return to Play protocols will be followed; additionally please wear a facemask when coming from the car park to the pitch and at all times when indoors; there will be toilet facilities but no changing rooms available; social distancing must be observed at all times when not playing (including when on the sideline waiting to sub on); participants must bring sanitising hand gel and anti-viral wipes; no spectators are permitted but U18s may have a safeguarding adult in attendance; car sharing is currently not permitted under general Government restrictions
